At the Zimbabwe Immigration Federation, we are driven by our mission to protect the rights of ZEP holders and advocate for their permanent relief. Established after the termination of ZEP permits in November 2021, our organization has swiftly taken decisive action, launching legal proceedings in the Gauteng High Court and in the Bloemfontein Supreme Court of Appeal. We are proud to have secured an interim interdict that safeguards ZEP holders from unlawful arrests and deportations through our lawyers (Mabuza Attorneys & Senior Counsel Tembeka Ngcukaitobi and their teams).
